Hello Ladies!

I feel good today!! I am back in control of my eating :) I'm back to paying attention to EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth for the 12 hours that I'm up and about. Getting in as many steps as I can on my Fitbit. (Not always reaching my daily goal but still not stopping)

My Health is Important to me! Got to be around to play with ALL of my grandkids and my hubby!! LOL!!! Got to "Keep It Moving"!

"HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY" My L.I.S. Sisters! A person may forget what you gave them, however they will always remember how you make them feel, make someone feel good today. That will last a lifetime. Trust Me! Jesus "Now there is a final reason I think that Jesus says, "Love your enemies." It is this: that love has within it a redemptive power. And there is a power there that eventually transforms individuals. Just keep being friendly to that person. Just keep loving them, and they canít stand it too long. Oh, they react in many ways in the beginning. They react with guilt feelings, and sometimes theyíll hate you a little more at that transition period, but just keep loving them. And by the power of your love they will break down under the load. Thatís love, you see. It is redemptive, and this is why Jesus says love. Thereís something about love that builds up and is creative. There is something about hate that tears down and is destructive. So love your enemies". (from "Loving Your Enemies")MLK JR.
